- Development: Build features, fix bugs, create tools
- Design: UI/UX design, brand assets, presentation templates

Check the current contributor program and its payment terms before starting work. Participation in a community does not by itself create a paid engagement.
3. Grants
Grants are lump-sum funding for bigger projects. If you have an idea that benefits the ecosystem, you can apply.
