Binance is hiring a Earn Product Operations & User Growth in Operations, Strategy & Project Management (Asia).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and communications to drive user acquisition, engagement, and product growth for Earn products.
- Explore and develop collaboration opportunities with token partners to expand product offerings and ecosystem reach.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams, to ensure smooth product operations and effective campaign execution.
- Monitor daily Earn product performance and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to achieve assigned business KPIs and growth targets.
- Track, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and growth initiatives through data analysis, user insights, and feedback.
- Support the team in managing VIP and institutional clients, and help onboard more clients to Earn products.
- Develop a strong understanding of Simple Earn mechanisms, especially in the Flexible Simple Earn and Loan products.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Earn, DeFi products.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably in crypto, fintech, Tradfi, or internet platforms.
- Strong understanding of crypto Earn products, TradFi products, DeFi ecosystems, and Lending/Borrowing mechanisms.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and user feedback to drive decisions and optimize performance.
- Strong sense of responsibility, KPI and result oriented.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and with external token project partners.
- Experience working with VIP or institutional clients is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
