Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of the exchange monitoring and alerting platform;
- Responsible for building the observability system covering Metrics, Logs, and Tracing;
- Responsible for optimizing capabilities such as alert noise reduction, distributed tracing, and anomaly analysis;
- Drive system stability initiatives, including SLA management, monitoring coverage, incident detection, and emergency response;
- Continuously improve the monitoring platform's performance, availability, and user experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of Java backend development experience;
- Proficient with observability technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, SkyWalking / OpenTelemetry;
- Familiar with common infrastructure components including MySQL, Redis, and Kafka;
- Familiar with stream/batch processing engines such as Flink or Spark Streaming;
- Familiar with storage engines such as Thanos, Druid, and ClickHouse;
- Familiar with microservice architecture and cloud-native ecosystems including Kubernetes and Docker;
- Strong system design and troubleshooting skills;
- Experience in stability governance or monitoring platform development is a plus.
