About the Role
As a Junior Associate - Operations, you will perform daily shift operations to ensure the accurate and smooth settlement of routine fiat and blockchain-based transactions. Working under direct supervision, you will manage daily reconciliations, maintain operational logs, escalate errors promptly, and utilize modern tools and AI to keep workflows efficient. This role requires resourcefulness, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute routine daily settlement and processing for standard fiat and blockchain-based transaction queues.
- Perform accurate daily reconciliations and maintain meticulous transaction logs.
- Monitor transaction queues to meet daily SLA cut-offs and prevent backlogs.
- Identify processing errors or system glitches promptly and escalate them with detailed context.
- Leverage approved AI tools, templates, and software to streamline individual tasks and daily outputs.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with peers and immediate stakeholders.
- Contribute to team OKRs and initiatives.
