Growth Manager

Particle Network is hiring a Growth Manager (Tel Aviv-Yafo, Central District).

Particle is a performance-driven global ecommerce brand and a leader in the men's personal care category, with over 1M customers worldwide.

We are currently seeking a sharp digital marketer with 2-3 years of experience specifically in performance marketing to join our growing media team.

You will be primarily responsible for paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), as well as assisting with campaigns on Google, TikTok, third party newsletter and dedicated email platforms, and other marketing channels as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up new campaigns and optimize existing campaigns
• Test and optimize ad copy and creative
• Closely monitor campaign pacing to ensure KPIs are being achieved within budget allocated
• Provide detailed campaign analysis and data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign launches, from planning to execution
• Act as an ongoing educational resource by continually staying informed of industry trends and best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Paid Social
• Managing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Solid understanding of performance marketing KPIs and financial metrics in e-commerce
• Experience handling large amounts of creative assets for testing and optimization
• E-commerce industry experience required
• Management of large media budgets
• Daily campaign optimization (including targeting, testing and analysis)
• Performance forecasting and analysis Fluent English speaker
