About Injective

Injective is trailblazing a new era of Web3-enabled finance. As a Layer‑1 blockchain built exclusively for financial applications, Injective is one of the industry's fastest‑growing ecosystems. Today, Injective powers custom tokenized assets, on‑chain markets, and DeFi applications, all designed for speed, interoperability, and real‑world utility.

About the role

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the full user growth lifecycle for our soon-to-be-launched trading app, from awareness to acquisition, activation, and retention. Your mission will be to convert brand awareness into product usage and expand our reach to new audiences. You'll be part of our Marketing team, working closely with the Product and Business Development teams to craft and execute growth strategies that drive adoption of our new trading app.

We're looking for someone with a strong consumer growth background, ideally from fintech. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building growth through creators, influencers, and UGC, particularly across TikTok, Instagram, and other short-form content platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee Go-to-Market campaign plans.
  • Lead growth marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, and engagement, and be accountable for the growth and trading metrics behind it.
  • Analyze user funnels and behavior to identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion, and retention.
  • Drive organic and creator‑led growth through UGC and short‑form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X) - sourcing, briefing, and scaling creators and influencers who can bring real users and liquidity, not just social reach.
  • Develop and test creator and influencer strategies, including UGC campaigns, partnerships, and performance-based initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Product team to understand and clearly communicate the product's value proposition.
  • Conduct market research to understand target audiences, user behavior, and competitive positioning, working closely with Product, and Business Development teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Product team to identify and track key growth KPIs.
  • Build onboarding flows, email drips, and in-app campaigns to improve activation and retention.
  • Analyze campaign performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics to refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify whitespace and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Translate growth insights into actionable roadmaps and priorities.
  • Stay up-to-date with consumer marketing trends, emerging channels, and new growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile & Mindset

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 4-5+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally in a consumer fintech app.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable user growth and acquisition.
  • Strong hands-on experience with UGC, influencer, and creator marketing, particularly across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Experience sourcing, managing, briefing, and scaling creator and influencer partnerships.
  • Experience developing and executing growth strategies for consumer products.
  • Experience developing growth strategies specifically for fast-paced consumer fintech products.
  • Experience building and scaling growth loops and acquisition funnels.
  • Experience in creating and executing GTM strategies.
  • Strong understanding of consumer trends and user behavior.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to design innovative marketing campaigns aligned with product goals.
  • Ability to measure and analyze campaign performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preference for candidates who have experience growing earlier-stage or lean teams, rather than only heavily funded businesses.
  • Must be fluent in English.
