About the role
As a Social Media Intern at Injective, you'll join our Marketing team and help create engaging, timely content across our social channels. You'll stay close to what's happening across social media, crypto, finance, and internet culture, identifying trends and turning them into creative content that feels relevant to the Injective audience.
This is a hands-on role for someone who spends a lot of time online, understands what makes content engaging, and is excited to experiment with new ideas, formats, and trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish engaging social media content across platforms such as X, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Stay on top of social media trends, memes, conversations, and emerging content formats, identifying opportunities for Injective to participate.
- Brainstorm creative content ideas with the Marketing team and help turn them into posts, threads, short-form content, visuals, and campaigns.
- Monitor crypto, fintech, and broader internet culture to identify relevant conversations and content opportunities.
- Help maintain an active and consistent social media presence across Injective's channels.
- Work with the design and marketing teams to develop creative assets and social-first content.
- Experiment with different types of content and messaging to understand what resonates with our community.
- Track engagement and content performance and use those insights to help improve future content.
- Support the Marketing team with day-to-day social media and content initiatives.
Candidate Profile & Mindset
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
- You're highly active on social media and naturally keep up with trends, memes, creators, and internet culture.
- You have a strong sense of what makes content interesting, engaging, and shareable.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your tone to different platforms and audiences.
- Creative and comfortable coming up with new ideas and experimenting with different content formats.
- Interested in crypto, Web3, fintech, or emerging technology.
- Familiarity with platforms such as X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Excellent copywriting, communication skills, and storytelling skills.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
