Animoca Brands is a global pioneer in digital property rights and the open metaverse, driving decentralized gaming, digital asset ecosystems, and Web3 infrastructure. As the Director of Institutional Distribution & Partnerships, you will spearhead strategic relationships across institutional investors, family offices, asset managers, and crypto venture funds to accelerate distribution and strategic ecosystem adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact institutional business development, structuring strategic partnerships and distribution channels globally.
- Originate, negotiate, and execute strategic institutional agreements with top-tier crypto funds, corporate partners, and liquidity providers.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, tokenomics, and investment teams to align institutional distribution with broader ecosystem growth.
- Represent Animoca Brands at major global industry forums, institutional summits, and investor roundtables.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of institutional partners, tracking conversion metrics and deal lifecycle from origination to closing.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record (7+ years) in institutional sales, capital introduction, business development, or investment banking within digital assets or fintech.
- Deep network across institutional crypto allocators, hedge funds, family offices, and Tier-1 Web3 ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of blockchain market structures, tokenization, DeFi liquidity, and gaming ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value commercial agreements and navigate multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management capabilities in cross-border environments.
