XRP LEDGER HACKATHON
About the event
Sprint, build, and launch on the XRP Ledger in 36 hours in New York City, the weekend before Swell.
Hosted by XRPL Commons, this hackathon brings hackers into the room where the ecosystem's institutions, investors, and decision-makers are already gathered - with a project and a story to tell. Whether this is your first commit on XRP Ledger or you've been building for years, there's a track for you.
4 Tracks
- Protocol Innovation: work on the ledger itself: amendments, client implementations, tooling. Paired with a 3-day Core Dev Bootcamp (Oct 20-22) (http://luma.com/xrpl-core-dev-bootcamp2) as your on-ramp.
- Agentic Finance: build the rails that let autonomous agents transact on-chain safely and at machine speed.
- Lending & Borrowing: build on top of the XRP Ledger Lending Protocol (XLS-66) and Single Asset Vaults (XLS-65), currently in validator voting.
- Why Not: the open lane, for whatever XRP Ledger project you can't stop thinking about.
Already Building?
Bring an existing project - on XRP Ledger or elsewhere - and use the 36 hours to add XRPL rails or ship a new feature. Only what you build during the hackathon counts toward judging.

Should the event be oversubscribed, we may ask attendees to place a small refundable deposit to confirm their spot.
