Start your Token2049 week right with Web3 Workouts -- all levels of fitness are welcome, from beginners to experts.
For our very first edition, we're doing Calisthenics at a private gym around town. If you're new to calisthenics, we'll teach you and get you started. If you're not, come in and show us your stuff
This will be a casual meetup - come in and show your stuff, or just drop by and ask about skills/moves you've always wanted to learn (ie pull ups, muscle ups, human flags, dragon flags etc), we'll be happy to help.
Expect a good sweat, great vibes, and amazing company.
