System Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining network operations, installing, configuring, and servicing operating systems (Windows, Mac, *nix) and user software;
- Managing online services, including creating user accounts, email management, assigning access rights, tracking and managing subscriptions and payments;
- Coordinating with third-party technical support services;
- Providing technical support to users;
- Administering Google Workspace;
- Monitoring task deadlines using Jira and Slack;
- Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, with a proactive and investigative approach;
- Documenting all technical procedures and incidents;
- Assisting senior colleagues with complex projects and tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator;
- Experience with Linux, Windows, and macOS (configuration, monitoring, service management);
- Experience with administering Google Workspace;
- Experience with any cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud);
- Experience with Docker and containerization basics;
- Experience with backup systems;
- Desire for professional growth;
- Self-reliance, responsibility, and multitasking ability.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with CloudFlare, GitHub;
- Experience with enterprise-class antivirus software (Checkpoint);
