What you'll have
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in a technical field, or relevant hands-on experience in an operational environment.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, production supervision, or a similar role, with proven team leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and ability to consistently enforce safe work practices.
- Experience with resource management, including labor, materials, scheduling, and inventory coordination.
- Familiarity with data collection and performance monitoring to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with operational software tools such as maintenance management systems, scheduling, reporting, or project management platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage teams, resolve conflict, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Certifications such as OSHA, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP are a plus.
