Requirements: 5+ years in SMM, including strategy ownersh; Agency experience (SMM agency / marketing / creative agency) - must; Proven track record of planning and leading creative social campaigns and activations; Strong English (C1), confident stakeholder management; Hands-on understanding of content formats, channel specifics, community mechanics; Strong project/campaign coordination skills (briefs, timelines, approvals, production); EU location (or CET-WET ±2h from Spain). Responsibilities: Own SMM strategy and channel plans (brand + product); Build campaign concepts with "agency mindset": creative hooks, formats, activations, PR-adjacent ideas; Lead planning and execution: briefs, content calendar, launch playbooks; Coordinate cross-functionally (design, video, product, PR, community, partners); Ensure consistent tone, quality bar, and brand alignment; Report performance and insights; improve based on data.
