Key Responsibilities
- Run outbound prospecting: research teams and builders on Solana, then open conversations across Telegram, X, Discord and email.
- Own the pipeline in the CRM: log every conversation, keep records accurate and follow up on time.
- Follow what is being built on-chain (new launches, protocols, trends) to spot relevant partners early.
- Help filter hackathon projects and shortlist the teams worth a closer look.
- Write outreach that is relevant to the recipient and respectful of their time, then test and refine messaging based on replies.
- Hand qualified conversations over to the right people at Raydium.
