Key Responsibilities

• Build and refine targeted outbound strategies into high value verticals.
• Research prospects deeply and craft messages that speak to their roadmap, pain points, and potential crypto strategy.
• Events: regular participation in local (and international) industry events, meetups, and conferences as a core part of pipeline generation
• Create and manage early stage pipelines in Attio and support weekly pipeline reviews with the revenue team.
• Outbound-driven role: proactively sourcing and prospecting into target accounts rather than working an inbound queue. You'll run first-touch discovery on self-generated pipeline, qualify prospects against our ICP, and hand off high-quality, well-prepped opportunities to AEs
• Collaborate with product, GTM team, and marketing to shape messaging, personas, and outbound campaigns.
• Bring structured feedback from customers and the market to GTM leadership.
• Constantly experiment, iterate, and help build the playbook for outbound at Turnkey.
• Go above and beyond to fuel our GTM engine.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1 to 3 years in BDR, SDR, or similar outbound roles (startup or fintech/crypto experience is a plus, but not required).
• Strong written communication: crisp, thoughtful outreach that feels personalized and strategic.
• High curiosity for crypto, payments, fintech, or developer products.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and tell a clear story.
• Competitive, motivated resilient, and hungry to build something new
• Comfortable working directly with founders, senior leaders, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Bias for action: you move fast, ask smart questions, and figure things out.

Compensation range

$75,000 - $110,000 USD
