Senior Influence Marketing Manager

Requirements 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing (Senior level) Proven experience in FinTech (exchanges, neo-banking, brokers, payments) or Web3 / Crypto products Strong track record in performance campaigns (not only awareness) Experience working with Affiliate / CPA / hybrid models Existing network of crypto and finance influencers and agencies (EU / LATAM) - MUST HAVE Strong understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROMI etc.) Experience scaling campaigns across multiple GEOs Strong negotiation and deal-making skills Data-driven mindset (comfortable working with performance metrics daily) Experience working cross-functionally with legal, finance, product, design, copywriting etc. Responsibilities Own and scale performance-driven influencer campaigns (trading volume, first trades, card activations & transactions) Develop and execute CPA / Affiliate / Hybrid models aligned with unit economics Drive ROMI-positive campaigns and optimize based on daily performance data Build and manage a portfolio of high-performing influencers and agencies across EU and LATAM Source, negotiate, and launch collaborations end-to-end Continuously test new growth mechanics (offers, tournaments, gamification) Analyze key metrics: First Deposits, First Trades, Trading Volume, CAC, ROMI etc. Collaborate with internal teams: product, legal, finance, design, copywriting Working terms Immerse yourself in Crypto & Web3: Master cutting-edge technologies and become an expert in the most innovative industry.
