Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth front desk operations, such as visitors' management, handling courier/mail deliveries and support cross-departmental communication
• Support daily office operations, collaborate with pantry assistants on office upkeep, manage office supplies and maintain adequate inventory
• Support the planning, organizing and coordinating events
• Liaise with vendors and building management for facilities maintenance, office supplies and services
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Relevant experience in front desk and office administration
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong adaptability, communication, organizational and judgement skills
