Ondo Finance is hiring a Content Marketing Manager in Marketing — Remote (US).

About the Company

Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds.

We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.

Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we're backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more.

We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue to grow the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.

About the role

We're looking for a Content Marketer to join Ondo's Content team. This role produces compelling content across Ondo Finance's full product suite, including blog posts, announcements, website copy, and social copy, and partners closely with Design to bring visual and video assets to life. AI tools are part of how the team works, so you'll use them to produce faster and at higher quality. You'll help shape how Ondo communicates across channels while maintaining our institutional-grade standards for accuracy and brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce & Scale: Write high-quality written content across formats, including blog posts, announcements, website copy, and social copy, spanning Ondo Finance's full product suite.
• Brief & Collaborate: Write clear briefs for the Design team to produce visual and video assets, and partner with Marketing to align content with campaign goals.
• Leverage AI: Use generative AI tools to accelerate content production and prototype new formats, helping establish best practices for the team.
• Maintain Brand Excellence: Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and meets our strict institutional-grade standards.
• Stay Current: Keep pace with content trends and tools that improve content velocity and quality.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong Writing Skills: A track record of producing high-quality written content with a sharp sense of voice, style, and brand consistency.
• Versatility: Comfortable working across formats and channels, from long-form blogs to announcements, website, and social copy, able to brief Design effectively, and able to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Domain Understanding: A solid grasp of tokenized assets, RWAs, and onchain finance, or the ability to ramp quickly, so content is accurate and credible.
• Attention to Detail & Clear Communication: Meticulous execution, rapid iteration on creative feedback, and clear collaboration with cross-functional teams.
