Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end planning and execution of company-level strategic initiatives, spanning product, engineering, risk, growth, and operational transformation.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate high-level strategies into executable roadmaps and delivery mechanisms.
- Establish and continuously refine project governance frameworks to improve execution efficiency, visibility, and accountability across teams.
