Responsibilities
Day-to-day scope for the Binance Accelerator Program - Data Product Manager (Derivatives) as described in the posting:
- Design and develop data-driven trading insights and user experiences to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Analyze trading and user data to identify trends and propose product feature enhancements
- Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, marketing, compliance, and other cross-functional teams to execute product strategies
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous optimization
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
Requirements
Experience and skills the team lists as required:
- Basic understanding of trading data; experience in stock or cryptocurrency trading is a plus
- Strong analytical skills in data analysis, user insights, and business intelligence
- Experience in statistics, user research, data analysis, project management, or product management is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to generate actionable insights on user experience and behavior
