The Opportunity & Scope

As a Product Manager at Bastion (United States, US Remote, NYC Hybrid), you will join the Engineering & Operations division to contribute directly to Bastion's core product roadmap and organizational objectives. In this role, you will specialize in Product Management, collaborating with cross-functional technical and business leadership to deliver high-reliability solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategic projects within Bastion's product management roadmap.
Design, build, and optimize scalable workflows, production architecture, or client-facing operations.
Collaborate closely across cross-functional engineering, product, and strategy teams to align deliverables with technical standards.
Monitor key performance metrics, operational integrity, and system compliance to maintain product excellence.
Identify opportunities for process automation, architectural refinement, and user experience enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven professional experience in product management or related technical/operational fields.
Strong domain expertise in Web3 principles, blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, or decentralized applications.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex initiatives from ideation through production execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, remote-first mindset.
