Binance is looking for an AI Product Manager to build and scale consumer-facing AI features used by millions of users. You will own product features end-to-end, from ideation to launch and iteration, and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver intuitive AI experiences at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive 2C AI product features from concept to launch and optimization;
- Define product requirements, user flows, and feature strategy for AI-powered in-app experiences;
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams;
- Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and iterate quickly;
- Support pilot launches, global rollouts, multilingual expansion, and ongoing feature improvements;
- Balance business goals with user experience, including reducing unnecessary interruptions and improving usability;
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3-4 years of product management experience;
- Strong experience in consumer-facing AI products;
- Proven track record of launching features for large-scale C-end users;
- Strong product sense, user empathy, and execution ability;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
- Able to handle launch pressure and negative user feedback with maturity and stability;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with marketing, operations, and cross-functional teams;
- Growth mindset, high EQ, and strong ownership.
