PlanX Conference 2026

PlanX Dubai compresses founder-scale ambition into 48 hours at the Grand Hyatt on 25–26 November 2026: four tactical tracks, a speaker bench mixing crypto-finance veterans with mainstream entrepreneurs, and a strict no-side-events rule designed to keep every useful person under one roof.

Not another token conference

Strip away the Dubai setting and PlanX is a growth conference. Its self-description — a founder-growth conference and exhibition for founders who want more customers, better systems and access to the right people in one room — aims squarely at operators running seven-figure businesses, not degens hunting the next mint.

The claimed room composition backs the positioning: 2,000-plus founders and investors, with 85 percent identified as decision-makers, and 95 percent of speakers reportedly staying through the event. Attendee categories run from SaaS, ecommerce and agencies to AI tools, creators, fintech and professional services.

Web3 remains in the DNA — ecosystem partners include CoinTelegraph, WikiBit and CryptoRank, and the chairman of the UAE Blockchain and AI Association speaks — but the agenda sells revenue systems and relationships, not token launches.

Four tracks, every session ends in a move

The agenda splits into Growth, Leverage, Network and Future, and organisers commit to a takeaway-per-session format: each closes with one specific move you can implement. Sample titles suggest candor over theory — From 10k to 50k Months, How I Went from $1M to $3M By Removing One Thing from the Business, 10 AI Workflows That Saved Us 20 Hours a Week.

The Leverage track leans into AI-as-second-team: deploying ready workflows, building SOPs so the business survives your absence, hiring A-players across cost-effective regions. The Future track covers where smart founders place bets over the next 24 months, AI agent business models, and the next growth corridors for capital and talent.

Networking gets systematised too — sessions on turning five conversations into three real opportunities, and on meeting twenty people who actually move the needle this year. It is networking as curriculum, which suits founders who dread cocktail-hour improvisation.

The names on the marquee

Simon Squibb of HelpBnk tops the bill, bringing his considerable social reach. Finance and crypto credibility comes from Henri Arslanian, co-founder of Nine Blocks Capital, and Vineet Budki of Sigma Capital — both frequent voices on where digital asset capital flows next.

Around them: Sarthak Ahuja, Jigar Sagar of Triliv Holdings, Brinc co-founder and CIO Bashar Aboudaoud, Dr. Mohamed Al Hemairy chairing the UAE Blockchain and AI Association, Nabil Arnous of Innovation City, relocation specialist Jeremy Savory and entrepreneur-author Zuby. Entrepreneur magazine serves as official media partner, backed by a long list of regional community partners.

The mix signals intent: enough web3 finance weight to draw crypto-curious operators, enough mainstream business firepower to fill seats without it.

Money, rooms and the one-roof rule

Pricing is transparent on the tickets page: Global Access listed at $99 during the super early bird window, stepping up to $499 late or on-site; the Sovereign VIP Pass runs $599 early and $1,199 late, adding closed-door master sessions, lifetime session recordings and a private yacht after-party. A $698 bundle pairs Global Access with two nights at the Grand Hyatt, limited to 150 units.

The venue strategy is part of the product. Everything happens inside the Grand Hyatt Dubai Conference & Exhibition Centre, and organisers brag about zero side events scattering the audience — a rarity in Dubai, where parallel villa parties usually cannibalise networking. A separate Road to PlanX series warms audiences up beforehand.

If your calendar allows one Dubai business conference this quarter and your goal is pipeline rather than spectacle, the math here is unusually legible: know what it costs, know who is in the room, know what each session promises you will leave with.
