What you'll be responsible for

As a Partner Development Coordinator, you'll be one of the first points of contact for partners and prospective customers exploring Circle's products. Your job is to triage inbound interest, respond quickly, and make sure every lead is properly tracked and routed to the right next step. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, knows how to make a strong first impression, and takes pride in making every prospect feel heard.

What you'll work on

  • Monitor and manage the inbound lead queue, responding to new leads within the team's SLA
  • Conduct initial outreach and gather basic information to support lead qualification and routing
  • Log all lead activity in the CRM accurately and in a timely manner, including disposition, qualification notes, and next steps
  • Route leads to the appropriate teammate, BD, or sales counterpart based on established criteria
  • Support the team's data hygiene standards by keeping pipeline stages, cases, and records current
  • Use CRM and AI-enabled tools to manage follow-up, prioritization, and prospect engagement
  • Assist with qualified partner onboarding and activation tasks as needed

What you'll bring to Circle

Core Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant customer-facing, partner-facing, business development, sales development, or commercial experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow established processes, manage a queue, and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable learning new tools and technical concepts in a fast-moving environment
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to ask for help and act on feedback

Preferred Requirements

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
  • Interest in fintech, digital assets, stablecoins, or global payments
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and AI-enabled workflow tools

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $65,000 - $77,667

Additionally, Circle participates in the E-Verify Program in certain locations, as required by law.
