The future of Web3 starts with you: join us as P2P TRADER Requirements: - Higher education (preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field); - Experience in P2P Trading, finance, or banking will be considered an advantage; - Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies and financial markets; - English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level; - Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; - High level of responsibility, ability to make quick decisions, and strong focus on accuracy; - Effective communication and teamwork skills; - Willingness to work in shifts. Responsibilities: - Managing and monitoring transactions on the P2P platform; - Processing client requests and providing timely responses; - Ensuring smooth execution of P2P trading operations; - Executing cryptocurrency buying and selling operations in accordance with internal procedures; - Identifying transaction-related risks and following established risk management processes; - Monitoring the accuracy of payments, transactions, and operational data; - Ensuring compliance with AML/KYC requirements and coordinating with relevant teams when needed; - Maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams; - Escalating operational issues to the relevant responsible teams in a timely manner; - Participating in process improvements and preparing required reports.
