Key Responsibilities

• Senior architect in the securities trading industry including Hong Kong and US stock markets, and A-share markets. The candidate should have extensive experience in designing trading systems for various securities markets, and be able to lead the completion of a complete set of trading system design and development.
• Design and optimize trading systems for various countries in accordance with regulatory requirements and business needs.
• Collaborate with production research, financial business and other teams to solve the transaction demand design for various categories of trading systems, providing users with rich trading capabilities.
• Keep up with industry trends and continuously improve the design of trading systems.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in computer science, finance, mathematics or related fields, and possessing extensive experience in designing distributed back-end architectures.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing systems related to securities trading, familiar with the design and optimization of high-frequency trading systems.
• Good communication skills, strong ability to handle pressure, and capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues from various departments such as R&D, financial business, and compliance.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Familiar with the operations of US stock companies, stock lending, options, futures, etc.
• Comprehensive understanding of international securities trading rules and the regulatory framework of the US SEC/FINRA
• Obtained professional certifications such as FINRA and CFA
• Has designed trading systems for multiple markets (such as Hong Kong stocks, A-shares, Japanese stocks) 岗位职责：
