The Opportunity & Scope

Own growth-oriented product operations and strategy for the platform's core products, driving user trading through product mechanism optimization, content & community capabilities, segmentation, and personalized (1:1) product experiences and operating mechanisms - anchored on user lifecycle KPIs across signup, KYC, first deposit, first trade, active/repeat, dormancy, and winback.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Lifecycle OKRs: Deliver against eFTD/eFTT conversion, retention, resurrection rate, and user Net LTV. Set stage-specific operating strategies and growth cadences.
• Segmentation & Journey Design: Build a segmentation framework based on user attributes, behavior, and lifecycle stage (new / active / dormant / churned / high-value). Design and ship end-to-end User Journeys covering onboarding, first-deposit nudging, engagement, dormancy prevention, and winback.
• Personalization at Scale (1:1): Build a granular segmentation and tagging system based on user attributes, behavior, lifecycle stage, and preference. Deliver personalized recommendations and differentiated strategies across product content, tasks, perks, incentives, and messaging so each user sees what's relevant to them.
• Stage-Specific Interventions: Design and ship lifecycle programs for activation, engagement/habit-building, high-value cultivation, dormancy prevention, and winback - each solving the core problem of its stage.
• Product Mechanism Ownership: Lead the design and iteration of trading-driving product mechanisms - task systems, tiering, perks/rewards, content and community (e.g., ByX).
• Data & Experimentation: Track D1/D7/D30 retention, FTD conversion, repeat rate, and Net LTV; run independent analysis with AI; validate strategies and mechanisms through A/B testing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Data, Marketing, Algorithm, and regional teams to embed lifecycle and personalization strategies into product and operating plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years in growth or product operations, with quantifiable growth results;
• Deep understanding of the user lifecycle and growth funnel, with the ability to design scalable operating mechanisms;
• Strong data-driven decision making, with a track record of shipping into production;
• Fluent English; able to drive execution in a global team environment;
• Hands-on data analysis and A/B testing experience; clear reasoning and strong execution;
• Trading platform, financial, or FinTech product operations / growth background preferred;
• Community operations experience at comparable competitor products preferred.
