Nomad focuses on the housing product: coliving villages designed for people who already live between cities. Listed geographies include the USA and Honduras, putting it near other Central American experiments. Think infrastructure layer for nomads, not a one-off festival brand. Nomad sells modular NODE floor plans and runs a federation of co-living villages members can rent, buy, or build into.
Echo Creek Village near Durham, North Carolina was Nomad's first prototype site; Rock Quarry Village near Raleigh adds about 30 rentable units with a shared co-working building. A Roatán, Honduras NODE is underway with rainforest views, and Nomad has partnered with Próspera on housing inside the zone. Members coordinate through Nomad's app and can list their own NODE in the network.
