Monad Blitz Mumbai: Devcon Edition

Monad Blitz Mumbai is a one-day hackathon during Devcon week on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. Monad Foundation, Kartikey Garg and The DeDen host the event. Luma lists the event from 09:00 IST on November 4 until midnight at the start of November 5. Experienced EVM developers and people building on Monad for the first time are welcome.

The day begins with workshops and practical guidance on Monad, an EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain. Teams then work in the hacking area to turn an idea into a functioning prototype, with mentors available for hands-on help. The published sequence finishes with project submissions, MVP demonstrations and recognition of the winning teams. Food breaks and time to talk with other developers, founders, investors and creators are also part of the planned day.

Every hackathon submission must come from a team of two or three members. Projects must be built on Monad; the organizer does not prescribe a product category. Teams compete for a share of a US$5,000 prize pool, which is an award opportunity rather than a payment to every participant.

The organizer offers separate free application categories for Hackathon Registrations, General Admission and Content Creators. General admission is intended for founders, investors and other visitors meeting builders and viewing projects; the creator category is for people covering the event and its projects. All three categories require approval, and capacity is limited. The exact Mumbai venue is shared through registration.

The organizer states that photography, livestreaming and audio or video recording may take place, and that attendance constitutes consent to recording and use of that material under its published event terms.
