Job Description We're looking for a Middle Event Manager to own a broad and dynamic event agenda. From small team gatherings to high-impact company-wide experiences, you'll create events that bring people together, strengthen our employer brand, and contribute to our culture and business. This role combines strategic alignment with hands-on execution: you'll develop concepts, manage budgets and logistics, and deliver events that connect teams and make a measurable impact. You'll collaborate with the existing event function, aligning on strategy and priorities while independently leading your own projects. Requirements 4+ years of experience in event management or a related field (Employer Branding, Marketing etc.) Strong expertise in budget management, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations Excellent organizational and project management skills with great attention to detail Background in logistics - from group transfers to international travel arrangements Ability to plan several steps ahead, foresee risks, and act effectively in crisis situations Proven autonomy, decision-making skills, and readiness to take ownership of results Strong communication and presentation skills Flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Responsibilities Bring people together through events of different scales - from large-scale corporate events to smaller internal formats, including meetups, community gatherings, as well as cultural and social activities. Develop culture-driven initiatives across online and offline formats to engage distributed teams and strengthen internal connection Manage budgets - plan, track expenses, and identify opportunities for optimization without compromising quality Build long-term partnerships with vendors, contractors, and external partners Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure events are aligned with business priorities and receive the necessary support Monitor trends and explore new formats to bring fresh ideas into the event strategy Analyze event outcomes, gather feed Would be a plus An event portfolio showcasing previous work Expertise in delivering international events with multicultural audiences Working terms Immerse yourself in Crypto & Web3: Master cutting-edge technologies and become an expert in the most innovative industry.
