Key Responsibilities
As a Regulated Business Leader Trainee, you will rotate across key business functions and prepare to lead one of KuCoin's licensed entities.
Your responsibilities may include
- Support the launch and growth of new licensed markets
- Drive local business operations and user growth initiatives
- Work closely with Product, Compliance, Risk, Legal and Payment teams
- Build relationships with local partners and financial institutions
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across global teams
- Participate in strategic planning and market expansion initiatives
- Prepare to take ownership of a local entity and business performance
Who We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in a crypto exchange or fintech company
- Background in Operations, Product, Growth, Strategy or Payments
- Strong ownership mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Able to work in a fast-paced global environment
- Open to international travel and future relocation
Preferred
- Payment or Banking experience
- Market launch experience
- Cross-functional leadership experience
