Requirements Strong knowledge of esports and, in particular, Counter-Strike; this is a mandatory requirement. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, independently track deadlines, and follow through on commitments without constant supervision. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable for results. Ability to independently figure out new tasks and find the information needed to move them forward. Comfortable with a significant amount of operational and routine work, as well as ad hoc tasks that arise on a day-to-day basis. Confident working with Google Sheets / Excel, Google Docs, and task-tracking tools. Basic understanding of marketing principles and key marketing metrics. Responsibilities Manage multiple tasks and workstreams simultaneously, keeping track of agreements, deadlines, statuses, and ensuring tasks are completed. Manage selected partnerships and integrations: track commitments from both sides, monitor deadlines and required materials, and follow up in a timely manner. Coordinate partners, internal teams, and contractors: request required materials, clarify statuses, and make sure activities are launched on time. Turn a general marketing objective into a clear action plan: gather requirements, define the necessary steps, assign tasks, and follow up on execution. Prepare clear tasks and briefs for designers, developers, copywriters, and other contributors, provide them with the necessary materials, and review the final result. Handle day-to-day operational and administrative tasks: collect information, prepare documents and spreadsheets, verify data, find materials, transfer information between systems, and prepare simple summaries. Be comfortable with routine and ad hoc tasks: quickly finding, checking, collecting, preparing, or coordinating something and seeing it through to completion. Proactively find missing information, ask the right questions, and keep tasks moving forward when they get stuck. Work closely with Marketing, Design, Development, partners, and other teams to deliver ongoing activities. Would be a plus Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Assistant / Project Coordinator. Experience working with partnerships, sponsorship integrations, or influencers. Experience working with designers and developers and preparing briefs/specifications. Previous experience in the esports industry.
