Position Overview:

We are building a multi-region, 10,000+ GPU AI cloud infrastructure platform for external customers. As the platform scales rapidly across multiple data centers and geographies, we need a seasoned Cloud Project Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure and cloud platform software projects — from new data center builds and GPU cluster deployments to cloud platform software product development, feature launches, and cross-regional expansions.

What you will be responsible for

  • Own end-to-end project delivery for AI cloud infrastructure and cloud platform software initiatives: new data center builds, GPU cluster deployments (1K–100K GPU scale), network rollouts, cloud platform software product development, feature launches, and multi-region expansions.
  • Drive cloud platform software product project management: coordinate the delivery of control plane, tenant management, billing/quota, API/portal, scheduling, observability, and other platform software modules from requirements through release.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk registers; drive execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams — compute, network, storage, control plane, software engineering, DC operations, and vendor partners — to align on deliverables, dependencies, and integration points.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships (colocation providers, hardware suppliers, ISPs, system integrators); negotiate timelines, track deliverables, and resolve escalations.
  • Establish and run governance cadences: steering committees, sprint/release planning, weekly syncs, milestone reviews, and executive reporting.
  • Align infrastructure delivery and software development timelines to ensure integrated, end-to-end platform readiness for each region launch.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and blockers proactively; drive issue resolution across organizational boundaries.
  • Define and enforce project management standards, templates, and processes (change management, RAID logs, status reporting, Agile ceremonies) to enable repeatable, scalable delivery.
  • Track and report project KPIs: delivery velocity, schedule adherence, budget variance, sprint velocity, and resource utilization.
  • Support capacity planning and demand forecasting by providing delivery timeline inputs to leadership.
  • Drive post-project reviews and lessons-learned processes to continuously improve delivery efficiency.

How you will stand out:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of project management experience in cloud infrastructure, data center, or cloud platform software product delivery.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-workstream projects — both infrastructure (data center builds, large-scale compute/network deployments) and cloud platform software products (control plane, billing, API/portal, scheduling) — on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components: compute (GPU/CPU servers), networking (Spine-Leaf, InfiniBand, SDN), storage, and data center facilities (power, cooling).
  • Solid understanding of cloud platform software architecture: multi-tenant control planes, Kubernetes, microservices, API design, CI/CD, and software release management.
  • Experience managing cross-regional or global infrastructure and software projects with distributed teams and multiple vendor partners.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams, senior leadership, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid); experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or equivalent.
  • Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Experience in AI/HPC infrastructure, GPU cloud, or hyperscale data center projects is strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) — required for cross-regional coordination across global teams.

What you will experience working with us

  • A culture that values authenticity and diversity of thoughts and backgrounds;
  • An inclusive and respectable environment with open workspaces and exciting start-up spirit;
  • Fast-growing company with the chance to network with industrial pioneers and enthusiasts;
  • Ability to contribute directly and make an impact on the future of the digital asset industry;
  • Involvement in new projects, developing processes/systems;
  • Personal accountability, autonomy, fast growth, and learning opportunities;
  • Attractive welfare benefits and developmental opportunities such as training and mentoring.
