Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day scope for the Germany News & Localization Manager (Remote - Germany) as described in the posting:

• Content Production

Write and publish 3–4 news articles per day in German relevant to the German market, covering crypto, finance, tech, and AI. Content should be genuinely newsworthy and locally relevant, not translated wire copy — sourced from German / EU developments, regulatory activity, and market-specific angles where possible.

• Site Localization & UI Quality

Own the quality of the German version of the site. Regularly review the localised UI (navigation, buttons, static/product pages, error messages, etc.) for accuracy, natural phrasing, and cultural fit, not just literal correctness, and flag or coordinate fixes with the relevant team.

• Market Performance Monitoring

Track and report on key performance indicators for the German market, including organic traffic, keyword rankings for German search terms, on-page engagement (time on page, bounce rate), and article-level performance. Use this data to inform content strategy and to help leadership evaluate the German market's growth against other potential markets.

• Local Market Intelligence

Stay current on the German crypto, fintech, and regulatory landscape (e.g., BaFin, EU / MiCA developments as they apply locally), German competitor content, and topics trending with the German audience specifically.
