Binance is hiring a Finance Manager in Finance & Administration (Asia).
We are seeking a high-performing Finance professional with a strong accounting foundation and a passion for AI, automation and finance transformation. This is a broad role spanning financial reporting, FP&A, business partnering, M&A and Finance transformation within a fast-paced FinTech / digital asset environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial and management reporting, cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting, statutory accounts and reconciliations.
- Support FP&A, forecasting, performance analysis and business partnering, providing insights to drive commercial decisions and cost optimisation.
- Drive Finance transformation and automation, leveraging AI, GenAI, data and technology to improve efficiency, controls and scalability.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual work and improve Finance operating models.
- Partner with Finance, Technology and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate governance, and liaise with auditors and external advisors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Finance, ACCA or equivalent qualification with 7+ years' relevant experience.
- Strong accounting, analytical, financial modelling and reconciliation skills.
- Experience in FP&A, consulting, M&A or Finance transformation is highly valued.
- Strong interest and practical experience in AI, automation, data analytics or financial systems.
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP / BI / workflow automation experience is a plus.
- Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Curious, adaptable and comfortable challenging the status quo in a fast-paced environment.
