Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and scaling of digital asset custody solutions
• Serve as the business owner of the custody product: from infrastructure choices to pricing models to market positioning
• Partner with third-party custodians, sub-custodians, banks, and wallet providers to design and maintain asset flows
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define feature needs (e.g., whitelisting, MPC, token support, settlement models)
• Define and implement client-facing workflows: onboarding, segregation, audit, and reporting- Support BD in pitching custody solutions to institutional clients, including co-developing commercial proposals
• Monitor evolving regulatory, technical, and compliance requirements related to digital asset custody- Oversee key custody metrics (e.g., AUC, transaction volume, SLAs) and drive reporting for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Business, Engineering, Finance or a related field
• Prior experience in top-tier crypto or financial institutions, trading firms a plus
• Hands-on experience in crypto custody, blockchain operations, or digital asset servicing
• Strong understanding of wallet technologies, custody solutions, blockchain transaction mechanics, and settlement infrastructure
• Familiarity with both traditional finance custody controls and Web3-native custody innovations
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Highly organized, security-minded, self-motivated, and proactive - with a strong passion for crypto
