Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core engineering, operational, and strategic initiatives for BitGo.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in product, smart contracts, growth, and infrastructure.
- Apply specialized domain expertise across Web3, Blockchain, Crypto, DeFi, Infrastructure to solve complex technical and business challenges.
- Maintain high code quality, operational reliability, and transparent communication across distributed workflows.

- Strong background and hands-on experience relevant to Office Manager.
- Crypto-native curiosity and deep alignment with decentralized Web3 architecture.
- Proven ownership mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
