For two mornings only, during the one week Singapore holds Token2049, Sui Basecamp, and the Grand Prix, a small, deliberately capped group (only 10 participants) will race between three Michelin stops, tracing how spice shaped three different communities' place in Singapore's food history.
Over the course of a series of tasting bites and drinks, you will be fed with a story that moves from a global lens down to something entirely local.
