Hashed Emergent convenes the IBW Institutional Forum at Fairmont Mumbai on November 1 and 2, 2026. This invitation-only, closed-door forum is a dedicated room within India Blockchain Week Conference, planned for 100 to 120 senior leaders. The format combines keynotes, expert panels and fireside conversations about institutional blockchain adoption.
The intended participants include Indian banks, NBFCs, payments and capital-markets firms, global financial institutions, enterprise technology and tokenization teams, regulators and policy advisers. The organizer seeks C-suite and director-level participants, including heads of digital assets or blockchain, technology and digital officers, payments and settlement leaders, and treasury and capital-markets product heads.
Discussion areas
- CBDCs and programmable money: conditional disbursements, offline payments and moving the programmable rupee beyond pilots.
- Tokenization and real-world assets: fractional equities, tokenized funds, custody, infrastructure and applicable rules.
- Trade finance and settlement: letters of credit, e-way bills and cross-border settlement on shared systems.
- Capital-markets infrastructure: DLT-based covenant monitoring and regulatory sandbox pilots.
- Institutional DLT: production systems used by enterprise technology providers across Indian institutions.
- AI and blockchain: autonomous agents and verifiable onchain infrastructure.
Discussions follow the Chatham House Rule. Participants may use information from the room without identifying the speaker or their organization.
Attendance requires selection by the programming team. The delegate application reserves seats for IBW2026 Priority, VIP and Executive VIP pass holders and asks applicants to buy their pass first. The team reviews each application and confirms participation by email. A qualifying pass does not itself secure a forum seat.
The organizer also accepts proposals to speak, partner or sponsor through the forum page. The names displayed as speakers from previous IBW editions are historical examples, not the forum's confirmed 2026 lineup.
