Finance System Implementation Consultant

Support the implementation and go-live of client-side financial packages, including requirements research, business process organization, financial process design, and gap analysis.

Deeply understand clients' financial accounting, tax compliance, and business management needs; translate business requirements into system solutions, product requirements, and implementation plans, and drive their correct implementation.

Collaborate with internal product, R&D, and delivery teams to advance solution delivery, ensuring system functions align with clients' actual business scenarios, financial management processes, and accounting standards.

Participate in system testing, data verification, account verification, user training, go-live support, and subsequent continuous optimization work. As a project team member, maintain effective communication with clients' finance, business, and IT teams, while coordinating internal product and R&D resources to drive project delivery according to schedule.

Focus on the application of AI in finance, financial package implementation, and business process optimization; assist in streamlining and optimizing internal and client-side workflows.

Gradually participate in project planning, task coordination, risk tracking, client communication, and project advancement as independent delivery capabilities are acquired, preparing for future responsibilities as a Project Manager.

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, Auditing, Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related science and engineering majors.

Recent graduates or candidates with less than two years of relevant work experience; experience in accounting firms, Big Four accounting firms, consulting companies, financial system implementation, or corporate finance-related internships/work is preferred.

Solid financial foundation, with an understanding of basic business processes such as corporate financial accounting, expense reimbursement, accounts receivable/payable, fund management, general ledger, and reporting.

Interested in enterprise informatization, financial packages, financial digitalization, and AI technology; willing to engage in continuous learning and participate in actual project delivery.

Familiarity with or experience using AI tools like Claude, GPT, etc., to optimize workflows, process information, conduct requirements analysis, draft documentation, or handle data processing is preferred.

Strong learning ability, logical analysis skills, communication and expression skills, and a sense of responsibility; able to adapt to the pace of project-based work and possess strong execution abilities.

Interested in project management, client communication, and team collaboration; willing to commit to long-term development in financial package implementation and delivery, and progressively grow into a Project Manager capable of independently leading projects.
