Requirements At least 1 year of experience in financial monitoring or in a related field with similar responsibilities. Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, along with a strong interest in the industry and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Monitoring transactions using the Transaction Monitoring System to identify any anomalous or suspicious patterns; Conduct transaction checks using blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis, Crystal, Elliptic, etc. Process incoming transactions in accordance with established procedures and compliance requirements. Process outgoing transactions, ensuring full adherence to internal rules and operational protocols. Perform regular balance monitoring to maintain adequate liquidity levels. Analyze trading activity to detect anomalies or potentially suspicious behavior. Review accounts and transactions for compliance with applicable regulations and internal AML/CFT policies. Handle and execute requests from other departments to ensure timely operational support and coordination.
