Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, banking, law, criminology, international relations, statistics, data analytics or a related discipline. - At least 2 years of hands-on transaction-monitoring, AML investigations, sanctions investigations, fraud investigations or financial-crime experience. - Previous experience investigating crypto exchange or on-chain activity, including wallet tracing and interpretation of transaction patterns. - Working knowledge of Turkish AML/CFT obligations, suspicious-activity indicators, customer risk, sanctions/PEP controls and confidentiality requirements. - Experience using transaction-monitoring, case-management, sanctions-screening and blockchain-analytics tools; Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic or comparable experience is an advantage. - Ability to combine KYC/customer information, fiat activity, device/account links, blockchain data and open-source information into a clear investigation narrative. - Strong analytical judgment and the ability to distinguish unusual activity from reasonably explained activity. - Strong documentation skills, attention to detail and ability to work to risk-based SLAs. - Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; SQL or data-analysis experience is an advantage. - Turkish native and English at minimum B2. Responsibilities: - Review transaction-monitoring alerts and investigate unusual or potentially suspicious fiat and crypto activity. - Analyze customer profiles, KYC/CDD/EDD records, account behavior, counterparties, linked accounts/devices and transaction history. - Use blockchain analytics to trace funds, identify exposure and assess wallet or counterparty risk. - Review sanctions, PEP, adverse-information, fraud and Travel Rule indicators relevant to investigations. - Request additional information through approved internal processes where necessary and assess the adequacy of explanations and supporting evidence. - Prepare clear, evidence-based case narratives and escalate suspicious or material activity to the Compliance Officer in line with internal procedures. - Maintain strict confidentiality and avoid unauthorized disclosure of investigations or suspicious-transaction processes. - Meet investigation SLAs and maintain complete case evidence and audit trails. - Participate in alert calibration, typology development, scenario tuning and quality-review sessions. - Identify emerging local and crypto-specific financial-crime patterns and share actionable findings with Compliance and relevant control owners. - Support regulator, auditor and authorized-law-enforcement information requests through approved channels.
