Financial Manager Requirements Knowledge of accounting and international financial reporting standards (IFRS). Knowledge of applicable financial, tax, and regulatory legislation. 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance. 3-5+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Experience in liquidity management and treasury operations. Understanding of cryptocurrency markets and digital asset transactions. Experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges and payment providers. Responsibilities Budgeting: monthly budgets by business lines, variance analysis, and forecast adjustments. Financial reporting: preparation of P&L, management reports, and budget performance analysis. Cost optimization, cash flow management, payment control, and multi-currency balance management. Preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with IFRS (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement). Monitoring liquidity and ensuring the efficient allocation of financial resources. Overseeing revenue streams and supporting the company's financial sustainability. Coordinating financial processes with internal departments and supporting day-to-day business operations.
