What you will be responsible for

The Finance Business Partner supports the finance team in providing financial analysis, business insights to assist business stakeholders in making informed decisions. This role focuses on FP&A support, data analysis, budgeting preparation and partnering with business teams.

Business Support & Analysis

Support business units in understanding financial performance and key drivers
Conduct cost and margin analysis, prepare insights for operational improvements
Assist in evaluating initiatives, pricing proposals, and business case analysis FP&A Support
Assist in budgeting, forecast preparation and variance analysis
Consolidate financial data from business units and prepare periodic performance reports Financial Modelling & Reporting
Build and maintain financial models
Support management reporting packages, KPI tracking and dashboard preparation Data & Process Improvement
Work with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, reporting efficiency and process automation
Support implementation of financial control frameworks and spend governance

How you will stand out

Min 6 years experiences in FP&A / commercial finance / business analytics preferred
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant field
CA/CPA/CFA certification or progress toward certification is a strong plus.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / data analysis tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Commercial mindset and proactive attitude
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure due to business expansion
Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes
