Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and requirements
- Develop customized solutions using Web3 technologies, including blockchain, information security and wallet
- Responsible for technical solution design, customer presentation, POC and demo, sales enablement and so on
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and colleagues
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software development or solution engineering
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its use cases
- Experience with custody and information security is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
