Dev3pack Devcon Career Fair 2026
About the event
Dev3pack's Career Fair takes place at Jio World Centre in Mumbai on November 6, 2026, inside the Devcon India campus. It is open to women and students with a valid Devcon ticket. The primary page confirms the day and venue but does not publish clock times.
The program includes a hiring floor with partner booths, career workshops on portfolios and interviews, a professional headshot setup with grooming, and a talent competition where builders can pitch and demo their work. A CV is optional but recommended for the application.
Career Fair registration is free, but a Devcon ticket is required to enter. Accepted applicants who do not already have a ticket can receive a $99 Day Pass voucher for Career Fair attendance or a 10% discount on a full four-day Devcon ticket. Application approval is required before those offers are sent.
Hiring partners must have at least three open roles and keep a team member at their booth throughout the day. Booths are free, places are limited, and participating companies receive a curated set of candidate profiles before the event. The organizer specifically welcomes applications from Indian startups.
