About the role
You'll work with our social media manager on video content across Fasset's and the CEO Office's social media platforms. Each week, you'll brainstorm creatives and content ideas together for both the brand and personal channels. You'll get the creative freedom to explore new formats and styles. This is a role for someone who loves to experiment. Bring your boldest ideas to the table and we'll give you the room to bring them to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring ideas to weekly brainstorming meetings with the social media manager for brand and personal channels.
- Develop concepts and draft storyboards for short-form, long-form and campaign content.
- Plan and run shoots, handling filming, lighting and audio, in the office and outdoors.
- Film founder-led content with the CEO for the CEO Office's personal channels.
- Edit videos end to end, from raw reactive clips to polished, high-production pieces, including subtitles, music and sound design.
- Design supporting visuals such as thumbnails and cover frames.
- Turn around ad-hoc and reactive content quickly when trends or news break.
- Keep all content on-brand and maintain an organized footage and asset library.
- Review video performance with the social media manager and use the insights to shape the next round of content.
- Experiment with new formats, styles, hooks and lengths to find what drives growth.
