Key Responsibilities
- Own video production end to end, including scripting and editing.
- Build and manage Superteam Talent's AI video engine.
- Create engaging content that attracts top talent in the Solana ecosystem.
- Manage the content calendar across X and LinkedIn.
- Execute weekly content series and growth campaigns.
- Collaborate with sourcing teams and partner communities to amplify content.
- Report on KPIs and track performance using analytics.
