Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance, AML/KYC, or a related function within a financial institution. - Successfully completed the Compliance License examination. - Strong knowledge of MASAK, Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (SPK) regulations, and other applicable financial legislation. - Hands-on experience in preparing and submitting Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities - Monitor changes in regulations issued by MASAK, SPK, and other relevant regulatory authorities, and support the implementation of necessary compliance actions. - Prepare and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) in accordance with applicable regulations. - Support the Compliance team in responding to information and documentation requests from SPK, MASAK, and other regulatory authorities. - Provide guidance to the Onboarding and Customer Acceptance teams on compliance-related matters and regulatory requirements. - Support the execution and continuous improvement of compliance processes in line with applicable laws and regulations. - Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and periodic review of internal compliance policies and procedures. - Contribute to the management of compliance risks and ensure the organization's adherence to regulatory obligations. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP), capital markets institution, payment institution, or electronic money institution. - Practical experience in AML/KYC, customer onboarding, customer due diligence, and regulatory reporting processes.
