- Coordinate Board, Board Committee, Management Committee, and Shareholder meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Support and continuously improve the group's corporate governance framework, including governance policies, board committee charters, delegation of authority matrices, and compliance calendars.
- Maintain and organize corporate records to support audits, fundraising due diligence, regulatory requirements, and investor requests.
- Coordinate legal onboarding activities, including KYC documentation, notarisation, and corporate documentation requests.
- Improve the Legal team's operational efficiency by implementing legal technology solutions, including AI-assisted tools, document management systems, and workflow automation.
- Maintain legal document repositories, monitor contract execution and renewal deadlines, and support day-to-day legal operations.
- Assist with corporate projects, intra-group restructuring initiatives, and other legal or governance matters as required.
What Are We Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Law, Accountancy, Business, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate secretarial, audit, legal operations, compliance, governance, or a related corporate function.
- Basic knowledge of Singapore corporate law, the Companies Act, and ACRA filing requirements.
- Experience supporting board or committee meetings, including preparing meeting materials, minute-taking, and following up on action items.
- Strong organizational and document management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
- A proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and adopting legal technology, including AI-enabled tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, regulators, external service providers, and corporate stakeholders.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries, as well as ICSA/CSIS qualifications (or working towards them), will be an advantage.

Prepare to discuss a time you turned a confusing user report into a clear fix and how you measure quality in support and operations.
Web3 hiring values reliability: on-time follow-through, clear writing, and a track record of improving runbooks and tooling. Treat the application as a work sample.
